I work as an engineer in Germany and frequently travel to Istanbul for business. Two years ago, I visited Ulus Physiotherapy with a herniated disc and sciatic pain. At the time, my condition was quite severe—even sitting was difficult. After just a few sessions, my pain had noticeably decreased. Before I returned to Germany, they prepared a personalised home exercise program for me. Rather than simply telling me which exercises to do, they also explained why I should do them and what I needed to pay attention to. As an engineer, I understand the importance of data and reasoning, so this approach suited me perfectly. They also continued to support me remotely. Whenever I had questions while I was in Germany, I was able to contact them, and my program was updated when necessary. To be honest, I did not expect this level of continuity. We are usually able to resolve these issues quickly with manual therapy and myofascial techniques.
