Fzt. Sefa Göben is a licensed physiotherapist based in Beşiktaş,
Istanbul, and the clinical lead of Ulus Physiotherapy Clinic.
Since 2018, he has been working in the fields of spine health,
posture disorders and sports rehabilitation — focusing not only
on the painful region but on underlying movement patterns,
asymmetries and biomechanical causes.
He integrates IMU sensors, video-based movement analysis, and
gait/pressure evaluation with manual therapy, chiropractic-
oriented mobilisation, NeuroKinetic Therapy (NKT) and fascia-
based techniques — creating measurable, evidence-based and
personalised rehabilitation programs for each patient.
Sefa Göben has significant field experience, having performed
posture–gait screenings, injury-risk assessments and corrective
exercise programs for 5 sports schools and more than 3,000 athletes.
He is also involved in clinical research through the Physio AI
project (ITU Çekirdek entrepreneurship program), working on IMU
validation, fascia-based motor control analysis, and AI-supported
posture/movement assessment.
