Mr Darek Lam is the head physiotherapist and he graduated from the University of Manchester (UK) in 2003 and obtained his Masters in Sports Physiotherapy in 2007 from the University of Queensland (Australia). ? Darek started his career at Changi Sports Medicine Centre (CSMC) and Singapore Sports Medicine Centre. He led a team of physiotherapists and sports trainers from 2009 to 2011 and is also in-charge of the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL), cartilage repair and golf rehabilitation programme. ? Darek has special interests in treating knee pains and is regarded as an expert in knee rehabilitation amongst his peers. He also has special interest in treating runners and golfers. ? His treatment techniques include the use of clinical Pilates to treat movement dysfunction. This very powerful technique is known to induce instant functional improvement. He believes that our body should operate in a pain-free environment for the individual to enjoy and excel in his/her sports. ?
