Biography:

Aparna started her career as a physiotherapist in 2002 with the aim of improving the quality of life of adults and children with neurological issues, such as stroke and cerebral palsy. Her masters in health sciences (with a specialisation in paediatrics) a couple of years later gave her a more holistic view of the neuromuscular and musculoskeletal system of adults and children.

Aparna believes in adopting a head-to-toe approach. She sees the body as a chain of interconnected muscles and joints; where a dysfunction at one end is bound to affect the other end. For her, efficiency in movement is the key to a healthy and fit life. Together with her concept of a preventive physiotherapy, Aparna aims to return her patients to a comfortable life as soon as possible.
