Niamh is the principle Physiotherapist and has over 11 years of physiotherapy experience working in both hospital and private practice setting. Niamh has also a wide range of experience working with sports teams from Gaelic football to rugby and hockey to name a few. Niamh is also a Clinical Pilates Instructor and teaches weekly Pilates classes in Bray, Co Wicklow. Niamh also uses Dry Needling as part of her treatment of injuries and conditions.

We, Adrian and Susanne studied Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation in Germany. Until late 1995 we managed our own Clinics in Germany, when we then decided to move to Ireland.  The core competency of AST is Day Care Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation at the highest international level. While hands-on physiotherapy can be intense with often immediate results being experienced and quantified, our clients are participants in the rehabilitation process. Graduated stretching and home exercise regimes are an integral part of treatment to restore normal function and strength to body parts which may otherwise be prone to re-injury.
