I first attended the clinic in September 2019 with plantar fasciitis which I had for over 12 months. My physiotherapist was Conor Tierney. I had 6 treatments and was given exercises to do at home. After the 6 treatments/exercises, I can honestly say I now walk pain-free. I still do the exercises on occasion. What helped me with this was the videos that Conor took of me doing the exercises correctly. He sent them to my phone so I had absolutely no excuses not to do them and I could look back to make sure I was doing them correctly. I then attended Conor again in July 2020. I had a problem with my knee. After the first consultation, we discussed my options and plans. I selected the 7 sessions plan. It was very economical. Again Conor sorted me out with exercises and treatments. I would highly recommend Conor at Stepaside Physiotherapy.

Knee Treatment Excellent professional service. The lady is highly intelligent and experienced. She is completely thorough in her treatment. She explains everything in detail and most importantly she fixed my knee injury. She is very pleasant and lovely to deal with. She is priced very reasonable and she is honest, for example, if she feels one visit was enough to treat the problem then she doesn’t try to mislead you and bring you back for her financial gain like others physio’s do. On the recommendation of my G.P., I attended Prathap Midathala of the Crosslanes Physiotherapy Clinic with a swollen ankle due to a fall. During the session, I told him about a 35-year neck injury. After a course of his treatments and doing his recommended exercises, I’m now pain-free and more flexible than I’ve been for years. I would recommend him to all age groups.

Have used MDC Physiotherapy LTD with a young athlete, have attended multiple treatments for various injuries. Every visit has been professional, reassuring and comprehensive. Diagnosis of the injury, treatment and rehabilitation has been second to none. Genuine care and attention are given at every step of the recovery process. I can't recommend this service and the staff enough. Kind, friendly and professional service providers.

I had a problem in my 7th and 5th vertebrae. Keith manipulated my spine, pushed it and applied heat. It was very comforting. It was good value too. He also showed me some exercises I should do at home. Very helpful. I am happy to have attended his practice.

I was so impressed by Alan and his team. Following a car accident, I was in a lot of pain and suffering. From the first visit, I felt I was really listened to. Alan identified Costochondritis as one of my issues and worked on my rib cage area. That was someplace to start. I also have a number of injuries, cervical and thoracic pain and Alan identified a muscle weakness that had led to my shoulder blade moving. This was causing so much pain and over a number of weeks with suitable exercises and physiotherapy Alan had the muscles stronger and the shoulder blade back in place. Over the years I have attended Physios who give you moves to do but don't massage the muscles. This is where LL differs. I would recommend Alan in Laurel Lodge Physio. I am so glad that I started my recovery here.
