About Sarah McDermott

I have been a practising Physical and Massage Therapist since 2011. I am passionate about helping patients through a carefully chosen set of therapies, including heated therapies and dry needling. I enjoy working with all types of people - weekend warriors, office workers, retail workers, expectant Mums, new Mums and experienced Mums.In 2016 I will complete education courses in Postural Stability for Older Adults and Massage for People Living with Cancer.I offer a Home visit service, to accommodate those that cannot travel to my premises.

5 50 Physiotherapist Consultation • Paid: €60

I got a full consultation and 45-minutes of treatment. She gave me tips and talked me through what she was doing throughout the session. I had treatment for a sore shoulder. It was very good value for money, was not pushy for another appointment left it for me to decide if and when.

I used Google and this clinic because Sarah got back to me very quickly with a reply and prices. The location also suited me for going home and Sarah was very good to make sure I had directions to find her easily, which I did.

A manual therapy technique often used in massage. The technique focuses on pain arising  from myofascial trigger points - 'muscle knots', small areas of muscle tissue that are in spasm.
