For someone who self-adjusts several times a day without relief as I caused hypermobility with some of my vertebrates and immobility in others. Alison popped my back and neck after I had stopped resistance through anxiety. I feel brand new after it and only need a few more adjustments and I'll be right.

Just completed 3 sessions for lower back pain & stiffness, was in the hands of ... May I say .... A very young but extremely professional guy Enda. From the moment I walked in the door I knew I was in good hands his way of explaining all the different things that can cause back pain was an eye-opener. I received laser treatment....Decompression treatment plus hands on physiotherapy plus was given certain stretches & movements to do at home. I can honestly say... Hand on heart, from the first session, I could feel a difference and freedom of movement in my lower back that I haven't felt in a long long time. I'm a 50 year old male and my childhood visits to the dentist scarred me physically and mentally. So when it came for me to finally face up to the amount of dental work that I was putting off repeatedly. I finally bit the bullet and decided it was long enough looking like Shane McGowan and sort it out once an for all. I was recommended a dentist in Dalkey. I tried to made an appointment but he was booked solid and the quickest I could see him was 2 months after the call. I decided that I couldn't wait that long so called the dentist across the road and was offered an appointment the following week and that was 4 years ago. Today was one of my last visits and it's been a pleasure having Hugh work on me. He is an absolute gentleman and every visit has been a pleasure. I'm not getting any money for writing this review, even though I could do with it after 4 years of work, but to be honest, it's the best money that I have ever spent in my entire life. I have never felt any pain. I have had root canals, implants and the whole nine yards! I would 100% recommend Hugh Byrne and The Dalkey Clinic.
