I first attended the clinic in September 2019 with plantar fasciitis which I had for over 12 months. My physiotherapist was Conor Tierney. I had 6 treatments and was given exercises to do at home. After the 6 treatments/exercises, I can honestly say I now walk pain-free. I still do the exercises on occasion. What helped me with this was the videos that Conor took of me doing the exercises correctly. He sent them to my phone so I had absolutely no excuses not to do them and I could look back to make sure I was doing them correctly. I then attended Conor again in July 2020. I had a problem with my knee. After the first consultation, we discussed my options and plans. I selected the 7 sessions plan. It was very economical. Again Conor sorted me out with exercises and treatments. I would highly recommend Conor at Stepaside Physiotherapy.

This practice is phenomenal. I am a health care professional but was not aware of the benefits of current leading-edge treatment. I have had three sessions for lower back pain with Sarah and her mannerism and skill with dry needling technique was a revelation for me. After completing all the levels of Reiki/Seichim, I went on to do further  energy work with Kathleen Milner (founder of Tera-Mai Reiki), including working with Sakara and Cahokia energies. While working part-time as a Sports Massage and Reiki therapist, I returned to College, this time to study Naturopathy. I was interested in learning in-depth about topics including Bach Flower Remedies, Tissue Salts and Iridology, so that I could integrate this knowledge into my Energy Healing and Sports Massage practice. I am very happy with my treatment from Ray. He had me very relaxed during treatment. Thankfully I'm on the road to recovery and notice a huge difference in my level of pain. I had a disc pressing on sciatic nerve. I found the clinic by googling a local practitioner. The hour treatment is good value. I have an app now with my exercises. Thanks Ray.
