Just completed 3 sessions for lower back pain & stiffness, was in the hands of ... May I say .... A very young but extremely professional guy Enda. From the moment I walked in the door I knew I was in good hands his way of explaining all the different things that can cause back pain was an eye-opener. I received laser treatment....Decompression treatment plus hands on physiotherapy plus was given certain stretches & movements to do at home. I can honestly say... Hand on heart, from the first session, I could feel a difference and freedom of movement in my lower back that I haven't felt in a long long time. It can also occur during pregnancy, or because of stress, viral infection or a kidney infection. Having never had my back and spine looked at previously and after 10+ years of carrying excess weight, I have been incredibly lucky to find Dr Chenot. She has been a magician working on re-adjusting me and alleviating a lot of stress as well as increasing my range of motion and overall allowing me to feel a lot more positive about myself. She also does a wonderful job of explaining exactly what's happening and how what she is doing is going to relieve what is ailing me. The front-desk staff is incredibly friendly also. Never have to wait more than 1-2 mins after arrival before being seen and they send reminders 24 hours before the next appointment to ensure a smooth experience. Could not be happier!
