For someone who self-adjusts several times a day without relief as I caused hypermobility with some of my vertebrates and immobility in others. My intention is not to run a conveyor belt chiropractic practice. Rather, I aim to create an atmosphere of trust through a confident, friendly approach, giving time to listen, advise and treat, therefore providing a safe and natural health are for the whole family. This will lead to a long relationship between patient and doctor. I treat every patient in the way that I would want to be treated myself, and I always remember and respect the fact that you have put your trust in me.The clinic is situated on the ground floor for easy accessibility and there is plenty of car parking. Appointments are available out of normal working hours as well as on Saturdays.Every new patient that attends the clinic will receive a follow up courtesy call, usually within 24 hours of their first appointment, to make sure any questions or queries are answered. Word of mouth is the best form of advertising. So when you personally recommend a friend, family member or work colleague to me, as a sign of my appreciation, you will receive a €10 voucher to use towards your next appointment.

Just completed 3 sessions for lower back pain & stiffness, was in the hands of ... May I say .... A very young but extremely professional guy Enda. From the moment I walked in the door I knew I was in good hands his way of explaining all the different things that can cause back pain was an eye-opener. I received laser treatment....Decompression treatment plus hands on physiotherapy plus was given certain stretches & movements to do at home. I can honestly say... Hand on heart, from the first session, I could feel a difference and freedom of movement in my lower back that I haven't felt in a long long time. After completing all the levels of Reiki/Seichim, I went on to do further  energy work with Kathleen Milner (founder of Tera-Mai Reiki), including working with Sakara and Cahokia energies. While working part-time as a Sports Massage and Reiki therapist, I returned to College, this time to study Naturopathy. I was interested in learning in-depth about topics including Bach Flower Remedies, Tissue Salts and Iridology, so that I could integrate this knowledge into my Energy Healing and Sports Massage practice. Initial consultation free, thorough collaborative chat and felt very at ease throughout. Had deep tissue laser therapy for post fusion surgery. Everything explained in terms I understood and even insightful. Scheduled plan (package deal of 6 sessions was very affordable comparing on google Dublin) flexible appointments & app: reminders. Excellent outcome for me (decrease in pain, mobility loosening). Have other longstanding issues that would benefit from John's input.John kinda gives you insight into the psychology/physical/pain perception /science of injury/issues (also with links) just helps to understand my own history with back problems. I felt very comfortable, confident and motivated as the treatment went on. He genuinely was interested in my well-being, encouraging me. I never felt rushed. He's funny and caring at the same time. Dry Needling involves multiple advances of a filament needle into the muscle in the region of a “Trigger Point’. The aim of Dry Needling is to achieve a local twitch response to release muscle tension and pain. Dry needling is an effective treatment for chronic pain of neuropathic origin with very few side effects. This technique is unequaled in finding and eliminating neuromuscular dysfunction that leads to pain and functional deficits. The needle used is very thin and most subjects do not even feel it penetrate the skin. A healthy muscle feels very little discomfort with insertion of this needle. However if the muscle is sensitive and shortened or has active trigger points within it, the subject will feel a sensation like a muscle cramp -‘the twitch response’. The patient also may feel a reproduction of “their” pain which is a helpful diagnostic indicator for the practitioner attempting to diagnose the cause of the patients symptoms. Patients soon learn to recognize and even welcome this sensation as it results in deactivating the trigger point, reducing pain and restoring normal length function to the involved muscle.
