I had been in pain for quite a while with my shoulder & was fed up taking pain killers. So after some research I decided to give acupuncture a try & I can honestly say I'm delighted I did. It's brilliant & Darren gets right to the point, "no pun intended" I would recommend it to anyone suffering with pain. Thanks Darren!

Dry needling is a term used by physical therapists to treat what is commonly known as trigger points, these are hyper irritable spot in a taut band of muscle. They cause referred pain that can travel up or down the body. Here at AcuRelief we do this very effectively and provide great relief to clients with very chronic and acute conditions.

PhysioCentre

Seapoint Building Unit 2, 44-45 Clontarf Road, Clontarf, Dublin 3
Rating from 6 Reviews Exceptionally talented physiotherapistSimone, Ireland, 11 Mar 14

I was extremely pleased with my treatment, and returned about 4 times, I feel such huge relief from pain and numbness in my fingers due to bulging discs in my neck. My son has also been after he broke his elbow and to have surgery. He is fourteen and wanted to get back to rugby where he broke his arm. The treatments he received from Kathy and Cira were not only beneficial to his arm, but they also gave him the confidence and guidance needed for a full recovery. My Daughter, Megan, has also been as she hurt her neck while skiing. Kathy treated her neck and also gave her advice on a few positive changes she could make on a daily basis to give her more energy. Kathy referred Megan to another medical person for further treatments outside the physio spectrum. This I found impressive as the patient's full recovery is Kathy's ultimate goal, and if treatment is needed outside of her clinic, she will refer you to someone who will help you achieve full recovery. I think Kathy Kavanagh is an exceptionally talented physiotherapist and I recommend her to all my customers and friends.

I have ankle and hand arthritis, can't walk somedays but I've started treatments with Sinead. I have had 2 treatments so far already feeling so much better still sore but not as bad, I feel so much better. 2 places do this treatment and I travel from Tallaght even though the other treatment centre is closer to me, Sinead is very pleasant and makes me feel at ease and not rushed, not just another customer.

Rating from 1 Review Brendan is very skilled and knowledgeableDonka, Ireland, 19 Jul 16

I went to see Brendan after the birth of my daughter. I was breastfeeding exclusively and I suffered from upper back pain. I visited the clinic every week for a couple of months and I felt a real difference. Brendan is very skilled and knowledgeable. He tailored a program for me to do at home which I still do. I would highly recommend him and I will definitely go back to him again if I need to. Great staff, friendly and professional.
