5 50 Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage • Paid: €30

deep tissue sports massage

I have suffered with my back for a few years now. Well I thought it was my back, the pain was actually stemming from my hip which I was never told by any other professional I went to for treatment. After even one session with Hamilton Muscle Therapy I noticed a significant difference in my mobility and after a few sessions my pain have all but been alleviated. The value for money is absolutely excellent also. I would very highly recommend Hamilton Muscle Therapy.

Biography:
I became a sports therapist born out of the frustration of my own battle with injury and unable to find anyone who could tell me what the problem was. Through my own journey and subesequent investigation into my injuries (which turned out to be right) I developed a real passion for sports therapy an the ability to help others that may feel frustrated in a similar fasion. Throughout my life, I have taken part a lot of sport, including Rugby for over 10 years, cycling, adventure racing (Gaelforce West) and power lifting. This wide range of sports gave me a great insight as to what muscles are used and why they get injured. Believe me, I've seen my own fair share of physios and physical therapists in my time!
