It was the best experience from the beginningSíle, UK, 02 11 25

I heard about Virginia from my sister, who had been attending her for a while. It was the best experience from the beginning. Virginia was professional and thorough during the initial assessment and throughout the treatments. Virginia provided a timeline and overview of my treatment plan, to which she adhered. There has been a significant improvement in my overall body, health and mood. I couldn’t recommend her more for her wonderful treatment.

Cupping is the term applied to a technique that uses small glass jars or bamboo cups as suction devices that are placed on the skin.Once the suction has occurred, the cups can be gently moved across the skin. The suction in the cups causes the skin and superficial muscle layer to be lightly drawn into the cup. Cupping is much like the inverse of massage - rather than applying pressure to muscles, it uses gentle pressure to pull them upward. For most patients, this is a particularly relaxing and relieving sensation. Once suctioned, the cups are generally left in place for about ten minutes while the patient relaxes. This is similar to the practice of Tui Na, a traditional Chinese medicine massage technique that targets acupuncture points as well as painful body parts, and is well known to provide relief through pressure. The suction and negative pressure provided by cupping can loosen muscles, encourage blood flow, and sedate the nervous system. Cupping is used to relieve back and neck pains, stiff muscles, anxiety, fatigue, migraines, rheumatism, and even cellulite. For weight loss and cellulite treatments, oil is first applied to the skin, and then the cups are moved up and down the surrounding area.

This was incredibly effective and the pain was much easier by the next dayGillian, Ireland, 17 10 23

I contacted Paul with Achilles tendonitis, experiencing tenderness of the heel and stiffness in the back of the leg making walking very difficult and painful. I had sprained my ankle 3 months earlier and walking since then had been difficult. An X-ray showed no break. He arranged a speedy appointment after a few WhatsApp exchanges. He advised dry needle treatment and some ultra sound afterwards. This was incredibly effective and the pain was much easier by the next day. He followed up the treatment with a suggestion for extra stretching exercises for the foot and ankle, also brilliant and effective. I live a couple of hours away from the clinic but the treatment was well worth the journey. I found Paul online and checked out his credentials. He was very professional and had a nice approachable manner. My treatment cost €60 for the session. Great result.
