When I first attended the clinic with spinal problems, I could barely walk and couldn't work. Thanks to the brilliant work of Dr Quincy, Dr Nichola and Dr Mark, I am back at work and have a good quality of life. Not forgetting the relaxed and friendly atmosphere and the personal approach of all the staff.

Hi there, I attended KEVIN at the KEVIN O' REGAN Physiotherapy clinic in Donnybrook, Douglas. I had a lot of trouble with my feet for a good few years, and I tried everything: different orthotics, chiropodists, podiatrists, shoes, runners, foot massage, you name it, and I tried it, and nothing worked. I was in regular pain, very tired and had to curtail a lot of things because of the pain in my feet. My trusted G.P. recommended me to Kevin O' Regan. He was fantastic: He did physio on both my feet, gave me exercises, and gave me tips on how to manage things going forward. He also got me sorted with bespoke orthotics for my feet. He monitored things closely as we went along and changed my physio and exercises accordingly. As well as being highly capable on a technical front, knowledgeable, and very efficient, he was also very approachable and pleasant. He was excellent all round and I would highly recommend him. My feet are doing great, and that is really thanks to him. The facilities were also excellent: Waiting area, Physiotherapy/Treatment room and Toilet were all spotlessly clean. The clinic was in a very safe area, and you felt safe in the dark early morning appointments and also at the dark evening appointments. There was plenty of good parking available. There was also a really good wide range of appointment times to choose from. Thank you, Kevin and all your staff. I am so grateful to you for sorting my feet. I heard about Virginia from my sister, who had been attending her for a while. It was the best experience from the beginning. Virginia was professional and thorough during the initial assessment and throughout the treatments. Virginia provided a timeline and overview of my treatment plan, to which she adhered. There has been a significant improvement in my overall body, health and mood. I couldn’t recommend her more for her wonderful treatment.

I contacted Paul with Achilles tendonitis, experiencing tenderness of the heel and stiffness in the back of the leg making walking very difficult and painful. I had sprained my ankle 3 months earlier and walking since then had been difficult. An X-ray showed no break. He arranged a speedy appointment after a few WhatsApp exchanges. He advised dry needle treatment and some ultra sound afterwards. This was incredibly effective and the pain was much easier by the next day. He followed up the treatment with a suggestion for extra stretching exercises for the foot and ankle, also brilliant and effective. I live a couple of hours away from the clinic but the treatment was well worth the journey. I found Paul online and checked out his credentials. He was very professional and had a nice approachable manner. My treatment cost €60 for the session. Great result.

I cannot recommend this therapist more highly. Eoin Long Physiotherapy treated me for neck and shoulder pain. I had really forgotten what it felt like to be pain-free.
