From the moment I walked in the door I knew I was in good hands his way of explaining all the different things that can cause back pain was an eye-opener. I received laser treatment....Decompression treatment plus hands on physiotherapy plus was given certain stretches & movements to do at home. I can honestly say... 5 stars out of 5! I went in with a damaged lower back and the care that Rita gave me was superb. She worked an hour straight trying to ease the pain and she explained the process from exercises to what treatment she was providing. Rita is professional, friendly and clearly loves her role as a physio. She explains in detail the aftercare treatment plan when I should return and hopefully when I would see results. I have already booked my next session as I see results already.
