I attended the clinic months following a fractured T12 and the diagnosis of osteoporosis. Mahdi was very professional at all times. Listened with interest to my concerns/questions and provided me with constructive advice. I had deep tissue massage combined with? electronic massage, ultrasound and exercises to increase flexibility and quality of life. The exercises were not only advised but demonstrated by Mahdi and thereafter I performed the exercises to ensure I knew how to do them effectively. I highly recommend Jason Papworth. He is polite, professional, and, most important of all, empathic. He never blamed me for my condition and took my pain seriously. He explained what is the issue with my spine and his treatment plan. He gave me tips and information. After finishing the sessions, my pain subsided, and I could walk long distances without pain again.

Garrett is a genuine and fantastic therapist, I attended him after both back surgeries simply because he gave me the pain relief at half the cost of the hospital physio, he is not about the money, he is about the person, the injury and getting you back to life ASAP. My first appointment was in 2017. I was in a bad way after a failed back surgery, because he pushed me to return to see the surgeon after a few months and he knew I was doing everything myself to get back to work. and after consideration, I had a second operation in 2018. I was good after the surgery, but after attending the hospital physio I was left in another bad way...yes the physio not the surgeon or surgery put me back in the chronic pain train again. The lesson here is simply not all physios are good. When you find one like Garreth stick with him until your fully back to normal. I do need to see him on and off just to keep on top of things. But he leaves it up to me to say when I need a top-up of the magic hands, in fact, it's been about 6 months since my last session.

I had lower back pain for years and I do driving for a living. I went for a medical check up for this particular problem to one of the hospitals in istanbul. During my stay in the city I did a bit of research for lower back pain clinic and I found goldenarm healthy living. I met Dr Mangan who is very professional in his chiropractic clinic. I told him in detail what my problem was and straight after he put me on a blank and did some genius technic to relieve my neck, spine and lower abdomen. It was a very helpful treatment although is not a complete cure for my problem. He then give me further advice on how to best manage my lower back pain and he was keen to even look at my MRI scan but I had bad flu so I stayed away. Overall good clinic with honest approaches. My session lasted less than half an hour.

After suffering from a trapped nerve in my neck which was causing great pain and badly affecting my mobility, I was able to get an appointment at short notice with BA Physiotherapy. Leanne there was amazing. She listened and understood, reassured and explained what had happened, treated the affected area in my neck and shoulder and advised me on exercises to do. I felt so much better afterwards and am on the road to recovery. I was very impressed and would not hesitate to recommend Andrea and the team. Very professional all round and are all very experienced physiotherapists with years of experience. I also thought that the charge for my consultation was really reasonable. Highly recommend!

Tony was great, he provided great instructions on finding his location (it is not that straightforward). He took a full history and checked how I was feeling all the way through the appointment. Due to my history, he performed acupuncture and soft tissue massage on my back, which 1 day later has already seen some improvement. He sent a follow-up text the day after the appointment, to check how I was getting on. I would highly recommend.
