I suffered with my Mental Health since i was a child however last year I hit a very dark patch in my life, I became consumed with severe anxiety, suicidal thoughts, low self-esteem, panic attacks, immense sadness and no energy to do anything... which had me out of work for weeks.... From my own experience, I had been in talk therapy a few years previous and I found it took weeks to find the courage to open up and talk about what was going on and even at that, it was difficult to put it into words, however with Sinead and hypnotherapy the benefits were incredible, even after what was touched on in one session, the thoughts didn't affect me like they did in the past. Each session i had with Sinead i was able to open up more and more and i began to feel more calm, confident and in control of my life. I was able to enjoy life again and it honestly has been a life changing experience for me I cannot thank Sinead enough. I big thank you to Eve, I have seen her a few times to help me with a number of issues I have had in my pelvic region, including prolapses and hip stability, she immediately made me feel at ease and comfortable to talk about the problems I was experiencing. I found the help she gave me and the physical work she did on me amazing, she is very intuitive and gently supports your body back to health, I highly recommend her as a women's pelvic health physio, and I look forward to working with her to regain confidence in my body once more.

I can't recommend Physiofusion enough for their professional care and treatments. As my injury was successfully treated I now personally choose to go every 3 months just as maintenance and I certainly wouldn't be doing that if I was not happy going there. So if you have a problem give them a call, you'll get all the care that you need by very professional, cheerful staff.
