I was recommended to Maria many years ago. I had suffered a whiplash injury and the pain went all the way from my neck through to my lower back and worsened during cold or damp weather. After suffering for many months and thinking I would just have to live with it, I went to Maria on my friend's advice but admit I was not hopeful. However, after just a few visits, I felt the pain decreasing and gradually everything started to loosen up. I was shocked at how ‘tight’ I had become from being tense because of the ongoing pain. After around 6 sessions, I was able to stop going and felt absolutely fine. Every now and then I get some pain or stiffness due to tension but a couple of visits to Maria and I’m right as rain again! Now I only have to go every few years! I think the last time I went recently it had been over 6 years since my last visit. I recommend everyone to Maria including my own grown-up kids who also go when they need to. I can wholeheartedly recommend and wouldn’t consider going elsewhere:)

Lisa is very professional and knowledgeable and explains everything first which leaves you feeling relaxed and comfortable. My treatment from Ingrida for significant back pain was outstanding. Her knowledge was impressive, her array of different techniques showed a deep understanding of the human body and how it responds, and her passionate professionalism has left a strong memory. Time was against us as I’m a traveler passing through Porto, but in three sessions she has helped me make real progress in pain reduction and increased mobility. Ingrida is a treasure within the Osteopathy treatment profession, and I would absolutely recommend her services. I am only sad, that time did not allow for a couple more sessions. But her generosity with the available time (including 1.5 hours on a Saturday afternoon) was an indication of her commitment to her healing profession. Thank you Ingrida, you have me back on the pathway, with a map, to pain free travel.

I cannot recommend Kristina enough. She has done wonders for me, from Physio to actually teaching me to stand, sit, and walk. I honestly owe her quite a bit. Her advice has helped me to manage chronic low back pain and come out on the other side and her treatment has helped me immensely. When the NHS physio sent me home saying I had 80% of shoulder movement and this was fine, in one session Kristina restored movement to almost normal. I have referred several people to her and they have all said the same, magic hands, great personality and professionalism.

I had attended other physiotherapists with no success. When I attended Colin Lloyd at the Leixlip clinic he performed miracles on my neck upper back and shoulder, this guy is a wizard. Very professional.
