Physical therapy is the rehabilitation of injured or weak tissue. Often it is about a dysfunctional interaction between muscles and joints. In the back, it often happens that the muscles holding dorsal vertebrae in place relative to each other is not clamped to a sufficient extent or at the correct time by a movement, and therefore is loaded tissue surrounding the discus core and ligaments, which leads to pain.
