This is the second time I have been to Tim for treatment. Twice, because I knew from the first visit, that he would help me work through my pain and restrictive movement of a frozen shoulder, and I would have quick and effective results. I attended the clinic months following a fractured T12 and the diagnosis of osteoporosis. Mahdi was very professional at all times. Listened with interest to my concerns/questions and provided me with constructive advice. I had deep tissue massage combined with? electronic massage, ultrasound and exercises to increase flexibility and quality of life. The exercises were not only advised but demonstrated by Mahdi and thereafter I performed the exercises to ensure I knew how to do them effectively. Absolutely brilliant physio helped with my low back issue, He was the first to figure out my problem and gave me exercises that solved it. All the others were just massaging me and hoping it resolved itself. For any future problem, I will only go to Oleg.

Angela is very welcoming and a good listener. She makes me feel at ease and explains everything clearly. The session really allowed me the time and space to learn about my problem and how to fix it with some massage treatment and at-home exercises. I definitely felt her attention to detail and to me as an individual and I don't get any sense of being asked back for further in-house treatment where unnecessary.

I must start by apologising to Lauren as I left a review for her the other day after my treatment and called her laura. I have just returned and had some more treatment on my upper arm and shoulder. And again I can’t praise her enough, Lauren straight away puts you at ease, she has such a pleasant way. I feel better and better after every treatment so can’t recommend them and especially Lauren.

Garrett is a genuine and fantastic therapist, I attended him after both back surgeries simply because he gave me the pain relief at half the cost of the hospital physio, he is not about the money, he is about the person, the injury and getting you back to life ASAP. My first appointment was in 2017. I was in a bad way after a failed back surgery, because he pushed me to return to see the surgeon after a few months and he knew I was doing everything myself to get back to work. and after consideration, I had a second operation in 2018. I was good after the surgery, but after attending the hospital physio I was left in another bad way...yes the physio not the surgeon or surgery put me back in the chronic pain train again. The lesson here is simply not all physios are good. When you find one like Garreth stick with him until your fully back to normal. I do need to see him on and off just to keep on top of things. But he leaves it up to me to say when I need a top-up of the magic hands, in fact, it's been about 6 months since my last session.

Thank you for listening to my problem and for the treatment given. The lower back pain has improved but the pains in the right thigh and knee are more severe but hopefully, the exercises will take effect.

Dr John Zhang is caring but most importantly his treatments are professional. I contacted his practice at short notice and was given an appointment to help me manage my neck pain. The treatment was so effective so I booked another treatment 2 days in a row! Highly recommended.
