I have been going to Shereen for one year with plantar fasciitis. She has been absolutely brilliant and has worked steadily with me to do away with the pain and stabilise my ankle and foot. She is lovely to work with and very positive and helpful. I love going to Perfect Balance.

A very good rehabilitation centre. State-of-the-art equipment and professional specialists. The physiotherapy program is well-designed. Health improvements are seen after just one treatment. The centre's director, Nicholas, a rehabilitation therapist, always monitors the health of clients. The centre is very clean, with many spacious treatment rooms. Soft music is always playing. There are so many clients undergoing treatment at the same time that you can barely hear anyone else. All the specialists are very friendly, knowledgeable, and conscientious. I think caring for the clients is paramount for all the staff. The entire physiotherapy session takes one hour, and you leave the centre feeling like new, with good health results. But the most important thing after the treatment is to dress warmly, even if it's 30 degrees outside. Don't turn on the air conditioning or open the windows in the car. Otherwise, your entire body will cool down, and you'll only make things worse! And you won't get good treatment results! I've been receiving treatment at this centre periodically for three years now. I recommend that you contact the director of this centre, Nicholas, and you will be grateful to me for the recommendation.

I have just had my 1st sports massage with Matt after suffering headaches and tension, and I must say - it/he was impressive. He's obviously very knowledgeable and experienced, but also a thorough professional, and really puts you at easy. I've booked 3 further appointments and feel sure he will sort the problem. I big thank you to Eve, I have seen her a few times to help me with a number of issues I have had in my pelvic region, including prolapses and hip stability, she immediately made me feel at ease and comfortable to talk about the problems I was experiencing. I found the help she gave me and the physical work she did on me amazing, she is very intuitive and gently supports your body back to health, I highly recommend her as a women's pelvic health physio, and I look forward to working with her to regain confidence in my body once more.
