Dr Anja Rosendahl

She was in 2005 graduated physiotherapist in Copenhagen 2005 (Bachelor). Moreover, she exam. sports physiotherapist. Before she was physiotherapist Anja has taken a 2-year idrætgsuddannelse University of Copenhagen. She has throughout his career has taken courses and training within Mckenzie (back and neck treatment), sports physiotherapy (undergoing examination in 2012), acupuncture, Kinetic Control (stability training) and strength training (eg in Hamburg). Moreover, Anja participated in many courses, workshops and conferences on the shoulder treatment. The shoulder is Anja's special interest. Anja is currently associated with a research project on rehabilitation of the shoulder. She has been with Værløse Physiotherapy since 2007. Before that, she worked at Gentofte Hospital.

She was in 2002, educated in Copenhagen 2002 (Bachelor). In 2004 she bought the clinic and the basis for Værløse Physiotherapy was created. The clinic has grown over the years and has always focused on manual treatments and rehabilitation. Barbara has over the years taken courses, training and workshops in bla. Mckenzie (back and neck treatment), medical training therapy, strength training (bla. In Hamburg and Copenhagen), sports physiotherapy and insoles. She has also been one of the first physiotherapists who have dealt with acupuncture. Barbara is also interested in the psychosomatic approach in the treatment, because there is often context between body and psyche. Therefore she has concurrently through many years been training and courses in Mindfulness, Cognitive Therapy (interdisciplinary course on Skt. Hans Hospital / Roskilde) and garden therapy / therapy gardens from the University of Copenhagen. These treatments are particularly suitable for persons with stress, anxiety and depression. In November 2014, Barbara completed her MSc in Physiotherapy at Queen Margaret University (Edinburgh).

Regina has many years of experience and is blah. trained in Vojta therapy, three-dimensional skoliosebehandling Katharina Schroth, Bobath concept, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, pelvic floor therapy and sports physiotherapy for adults and children. is particularly interested in the treatment of infants and toddlers. For this, she works with Bobath and Vojta concepts, which is particularly suited for children (0-18 years). The treatment consists in the state of tension in the muscle is normalized and to facilitate normal movement. They also work with the reflexes, coordination, breathing and activating the circulation and metabolism.
