Dr Craig Steventon

Biography:
He graduated with an Honours degree in 1993, and later completed a Graduate Certificate in Sports Physiotherapy in 2006. He has worked in the area of orthopaedic surgery since 1997 in a variety of settings- public hospitals, private hospitals, and private practices. He has also worked with football clubs in the EFL and junior Victorian soccer teams. He has a special interest in lower limb injuries, largely due to the many knee injuries he sustained in his younger years! He joined The Avenue Physiotherapy Centrethe practice in 2002, and then in 2007 became the principal physiotherapist. Since this time he has juggled his time as a clinician, practice manager and owner, and has gathered together a strong team of therapists with a wide range of specialties.

Scott Cuffe

Biography:
He holds two degrees from the University of Melbourne- a Bachelor of Science with Honours (majoring in Sketetal Muscle Physiology) in 1999, and a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2002. After graduating he worked at the Royal Mebourne Hospital specializing in orthopaedics and emergency physiotherapy. He then moved to the UK for 2 years and managed an orthopaedic physiotherapy department at an NHS expansion hospital. Scott has been working at The Avenue since early 2009. When not working he enjoys playing basketball and bike riding.

Dr Joshua Heerey

Biography:
He has recently joined our practice after gaining experience in both public hospitals and private practice. He is a keen soccer player, who has also been a physiotherapist for a number of local soccer teams. Josh has just been accepted into a post-graduate Sports Physiotherapy program in 2012, and will combine work and study throughout the next couple of years.
