Biography:
He is a Chiropractor. Since completing his 5 year double degree at RMIT, Tim has been practicing as a chiropractor for over 6 years in a variety of health settings. He combined all his experience and passion for multi-disciplinary health care to create “Body to Balance”. He has a particular interest in treating disc bulges, TMJ conditions, neck-related headaches and shoulder impingement injuries. Tim prides himself on not just treating the condition, but educating his patient's on lifestyle changes and exercise rehabilitation to prevent a reoccurrence. He is a strong believer in using a diverse range of techniques that are tailored to the patient, and thus as well as providing traditional chiropractic techniques he also offers dry-needling, soft-tissue therapy and flexion distraction therapy. He is a member of the Chiropractic & Osteopathic College of Australasia (COCA) and regularly attends continuing professional development courses. Tim has participated in a Monash University Study called "Align" which investigated the latest evidence based methods of managing acute low-back pain. Outside of being a chiropractor Tim loves going on a travel adventure and is passionate about "practicing what he preaches" by looking after his health and wellbeing.

Biography:
He is a Remedial Massage Therapist. He graduated from his Diploma of Remedial Massage at Endeavour College of Natural Health in 2011. Since then he has been primarily working with sporting clubs like the Richmond Football Club in the AFL and was head sports trainer for a local football team. He has also done volunteer work with the Royal Talbert Rehab Centre working with spinal, stroke and amputee victims. He practices Remedial Massage and has the future goal to obtain a qualification in Myotherapy. He likes to use a variety of techniques that are suited to the patient. These techniques help control plus relieve the body of muscular aches and pains, headaches, joint stiffness, and soft tissue injuries. Outside of work Nick enjoys a variety of outdoor recreational activities like football, surfing, fishing and camping.

Biography:
He completed his Bachelor of Podiatry at La Trobe University in 2009. Prior to completing his Podiatry degree Michael completed 2 years of Human movement/ Exercise Science at Victoria University and has a Diploma in Health Science (Massage) at the Australian College of Sports Therapy. has a keen interest in biomechanics and gait analysis. Being very active himself and loving most sports he also enjoys treating sports injuries. During his studies and working in a variety of clinics he enjoys all aspects of Podiatry including treating; sports injuries (heel and arch pain, forefoot pain, ankle pain and Achilles injuries; Diabetes foot health management (maintaining good blood circulation and nerve supply and preventing complications associated with having diabetes); General foot care (ingrown and discoloured nails, callous and corn removal); kids feet (footwear, in toeing, painful flat feet, severs disease); and footwear advise for all occasions. Outside of being a Podiatrist, Michael enjoys keeping fit and active by swimming. He also enjoys going to the football, movies and the beach.
