Jodi Hendler graduated from the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa with a BSc Honours degree in Physiotherapy. She has been in private practice for the past twenty years. Jodi has had extensive experience in backs, necks and sports related injuries and has attended a large number of post-grad courses in these areas. In addition, Jodi has a special interest in the treatment of Pregnancy related back ache and pelvic pain as well as osteoporosis. Jodi has participated in a Melbourne university study on osteoporosis and has had experience in designing appropriate exercise programs for such patients. She has also completed the Mark Lattimer course in Temporomandibular Joint dysfunction ( TMJ). Jodi has had many years of experience in the treatment of jaw pain and works closely with the referring dentists and orthodontists. Jodi has completed level 1-4 Clinical Pilates training through Dance Medicine Australia. In addition she has completed Polestar Pilates Rehabilitation courses as well as Pilates for Osteoporosis and Real Time Ultrasound Retraining.

Carolyn graduated from the University of Sydney in 1996. She has focused her career in the private practice setting with an emphasis on sports medicine for the past 16 years having spent four of these years working in the United Kingdom. As well as working with sporting teams at both state and national levels, Carolyn has completed various post-graduate courses including Levels 1-4 Clinical Pilates at Dance Medicine Australia which compliments traditional physiotherapy techniques in the management of acute and chronic spinal pain as well as the Mark Lattimer course in Temporomandibular Joint dysfunction ( TMJ). In addition she has trained with the advanced manual therapy associates having gained qualifications in muscle energy techniques.

APA Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist, Chelsea graduated with Honours from The University of Melbourne in 2003. She has since worked in both the public and private health care sectors in Australia and the UK. During this time she has developed special interest in sports injuries, low back, SIJ/pelvic and hip pain, lower limb biomechanics and exercise prescription. Chelsea has completed advanced courses in Sports Physiotherapy, Dry Needling, Real Time Ultrasound, Clinical Pilates (Levels 1-4 Dance Medicine Australia) and Muscle Energy Techniques (Advanced Manual Therapy Associates). In 2012-13 she returned to The University of Melbourne to complete her Masters in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and was awarded the highest achieving student in the Masters program. Chelsea places a strong emphasis on current evidence-based treatment, and the importance of patient involvement and education. Chelsea has also previously worked with football and running clubs and individual athletes, and is a keen sportsperson herself, having completed the Melbourne and New York Marathons, as well as having represented Victoria in Touch Football
