Biography:
rett graduated in 1981 and was subsequently employed as a physiotherapist at the Modbury Hospital. After two years he moved to Newcastle, NSW where he took up a position at the Royal Newcastle Hospital and then in a private practice in Belmont. Brett returned to Adelaide in 1986 where he continued to work in private practice in Ridgehaven, and established Bay Chambers Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Clinic in Glenelg. Since graduating Brett has attended a number of continuing education courses including dry needling/acupuncture and neck related headaches. He has also been team physiotherapist for sporting clubs since 1989 with additional interest in sports physiotherapy.

Miss Sue Hicks

Biography:
Sue studied Physiotherapy in Sydney, graduating in 1989. She then worked at both QEH and FMC, rotating through all areas of orthopaedics, neurology, hand clinic, maternity and outpatients. Following the birth of her first child in 1992, she moved onto private practice and has been working at Bay Chambers Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Clinic for over 20 years. In addition, Sue has done part time work teaching exercise classes for the elderly and for Parkinson’s disease patients in the southern area, and has also conducted hydrotherapy classes at Griffith Rehabilitation Hospital. She has an interest in all aspects of general outpatient physiotherapy, including gerontology and women’s health.

Mr Steve Diercks

Biography:
teve graduated in 2001 and commenced working for Southern Domiciliary Care Service for two years. In 2001, he also started working in Private Practice and has gained experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy working at five different practices. Steve has worked mostly in southern Adelaide at a number of health organisations including Flinders Medical Centre, Noarlunga Hospital, Metro Home Link, ACH Group and Transition Care, focusing on rehabilitation and aged care. Steve commenced working at Bay Chambers Physiotherapy in 2003. For the last three years Steve has represented the practice with the PHOS-Camden Football Club assessing and assisting in the recovery of injured players. Steve has a keen interest in a number of sports and he is a Life Member of the Camden Athletic Club. In both 2011 and 2012, he worked as the team Physiotherapist for the South Australian State Junior Cricket teams at the National Championships.
