"My lower back pain is completely gone"
5 50Reviewed 25 Sep 2015 Review verified by phone and email.
Treatment Received: Back Pain Treatment
I had Lower Back Pain (Like everyone has it). Like a usual man I did not attend it until I could not move and had to take sick leave! I ended up finding this place just around the corner from my house. Called them, they were able to give me appointment straight away for same evening with Nigel Smith. He has been fantastic. First visit he focused on releasing muscle and teaching me exercise to do and 2 weeks later I had second visit. With the exercise and his physical therapy my pain is completely gone. I am very thankful to him and the staff for there help.

I had very good experience. I believe by the end of first visit, my pain was reduced by 50 % and I could start functioning. I thought it was bit expensive but hey, no pain no gain. (Medibank covered about 50 and I paid for about 50 , It was worth it.
I must say as my pain was very severe, I actually took his advice very seriously and did exercise religiously. I wish you all good luck in recovering from your pains and a friendly advice for all the man, don't leave it for too late, see physio early and deal with the problem early to avoid " bad" pain.
