• Interests are sports injuries, with focus on running, dancing, bushwalking, pointe assessment for young ballet dancers. Special interest in Whiplash, participated in a whiplash study with emphasis on specific exercises to facilitate recovery.

Worked in the Northern Ireland Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic, as well as providing physiotherapy care for Division 3 AIL Rugby Team, Ards RFC for a number of seasons. Completed numerous courses in manual therapy, sports injury management,pitch side physiotherapy, traumatology and sports rehabilitation.

• Is also a Strength and Conditioning coach with a keen interest in Olympic weightlifting and coached a number of high profile athletes during her time in Northern Ireland including the Northern Irish Archery, Ladies Soccer and Junior Sailing Squads, as well as a paraolympian alpine skier through the high performance centre at the University of Ulster.

• Travelled to the World University Games in Belgrade, Serbia with the Irish Team and provided physiotherapy cover at the games for the Irish athletes, sports included fencing, athletics, soccer, kickboxing, taewondo, and swimming. Worked as a physiotherapist at the World Junior and Cadet Championships in Belfast, Northern Ireland.
