Abi was very good and knowledgeable I could not walk without limping when I went there but when I finished my appointment I could walk normally. Excellent treatment. I would highly recommend her services and use them Again if needed.

Such a professional and friendly clinic! I am totally amazed and pain-free from just one session - I have been going to a chiropractor for months for pain in my shoulder. Also to BUPA who suggested an injection that I was not too happy about having. Luckily someone recommended Optimum Performance and I am so glad they did I will be back next week - thank you so much, Sue.
