Ms Lindsey Turner

Biography:
Fully qualified and experienced Sports Therapist, BTEC level 5 Clinical Sports and Remedial Therapist, Kinesio Taping Practitioner and Sports and Remedial Massage Therapist. She became interested in musculoskeletal problems whilst competing on horseback and experienced firsthand the benefits of therapeutic manual therapy. She is a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) and the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC). She is also on the Sports and Remedial Therapists Council directory for members of the British Athletes Commission (BAC). She specialises in a soft tissue approach to help anyone who is no longer functioning pain free, chronic musculoskeletal problems and maintenance sports massage for injury prevention. Lindsey is a keen equestrian enthusiast and road cyclist and is continuing her professional development working towards and Osteopathy degree.

Ms Cai Elias-Schofield

Biography:
Graduate from the European School of Osteopathy where he completed his four year training and gained registration to the General Osteopathic Council. He is also a member of the British Osteopathic Association. As well as Osteopathy, he acquired a Sports Injury and Massage diploma in 2009 and a diploma in Myofascial Acupuncture in 2011. He is registered with the Association of Physical and Natural Therapists. Cai has previously worked in England and Wales before returning to Scotland. He is a keen sportsman, playing football, rugby and basketball and a keen musician, playing the saxophone.
