About Oxford Brookes University Osteopathic Clinic

The Oxford Brookes University’s School for health and Social Care runs two osteopathy clinics. One clinic is located at Mill Court in Oxford and the other in Ferndale Road in Swindon. The first three osteopathy treatment sessions are free and a nominal fee is charged for sessions thereafter. University students and NHS patients are treated at a discounted rate. Low cost treatments are also performed for children aged 3-16. The clinics are teaching clinics and both teaching staff and students treat patients at the clinics.

Absolutely brilliant

Stretching some manipulation

They were absolutely brilliant. I have gone regularly now for over a month. Haven't felt this good in years. My back pain virtually non-existent and I have so much more movement and flexibility now.

Very good and occasionally outstanding

As you would expect from a teaching clinic, treatments have been varied but on the whole very good and occasionally outstanding. Unfortunately I have a longstanding problem so I need to go quite frequently, but I have been helped enormously by the students and by the careful guidance they are given by their tutors. The ambience is extremely friendly, the staff are courteous and flexible in their attitude, and the price is very fair. I'm lucky in that I live quite close by so access is easy for me.
