About The Dove Practice

Reduction of pain and general health improvement using osteopathy is the aim of this clinic located in Mapperley in Nottingham. Patients of all ages are given osteopathy and cranial osteopathy treatments to treat a wide range of conditions. The Osteopaths at the clinic are registered with the British Osteopathic Council and the British Osteopathic Association. Simple and effective exercise prescriptions are also provided for patients at the clinic . Conditions treated include sports injuries, pregnancy discomfort, headaches, trapped nerves, colic and sleep difficulties in babies and asthmatic problems.

Biography:
Founder osteopath of The Dove Practice. She studied at The British School of Osteopathy (BSO), the largest and longest established school of osteopathy in Europe, from where she graduated in 2001. Wendy is a BUPA and AXA PPP recognised practitioner. Wendy practices general and cranial osteopathy with patients ranging from a few weeks old to very mature. She enjoys the variety of seeing patients with a wide range of conditions. Earlier experience in maternity clinics led to Wendy developing an interest in osteopathy’s role during pregnancy. Having undertaken some post-graduate training in cranial osteopathy,she finds this especially useful in the treatment of babies.

Mr Marc Chavaudra M. Ost

Biography:
Associate Osteopath. Graduated from The London School of Osteopathy in 2011. He practices general osteopathy with a special interest in sports injuries and has attended training in sports/kinesio taping with Rocktape UK. He is also trained in the use of Ultrasound, which is particularly useful in treating acute injuries. Marc is passionate about youth football, and is currently a coach and club secretary for his local team.

Ms Miss Khush Chadda B.(Hons)Ost

Biography:
Associate Osteopath.Studied osteopathy at Oxford Brookes University where she graduated in 2014. She practices general osteopathy. Having previously completed a training in sports massage, Khush finds it useful to incorporate this into her treatment, when appropriate, for sport specific injuries. Khush has a basic understanding of the Punjabi and Hindi languages, in addition to consulting in English.
