Biography:

Sarah qualified with a 1st Class honours degree from the European School of Osteopathy in Kent and has run her own practice since 2006. 

She is registered with The General Osteopathic Council and is a member of the British Osteopathic Association. Sarah is also an assistant lecturer on the Leeds Met BSc (Hons) Osteopathy course.

Sarah treats patients of all ages and has a particular interest in the treatment of babies, pre/postnatal women and sports injuries. Sarah is a keen sportswoman and enjoys running, swimming, mountain biking, rock climbing and most winter sports. 

She retrained as an Osteopath after suffering a back injury whilst snowboarding. 

Sarah’s ethos is to ‘help patients help themselves’. As well as Osteopathic treatment, she gives patients advice on how to reduce their symptoms and also reduce the likelihood of their reoccurance.

Henry graduated from the European School of Osteopathy gaining an Integrated Masters of Osteopathy. He is registered with the General Osteopathic Council and is a member of the British Osteopathic Association.

Having been exposed to osteopathy from birth (both his parents are osteopaths) Henry has a comprehensive personal knowledge of the benefits of osteopathic treatment through all stages of life. He has a particular interest in Cranial Osteopathy, the treatment of babies and children and pre/post natal health issues. 

Henry maintains a fascination with how the body works and has a great love of working with people to improve their quality of life. He is committed to continually developing his skill base and knowledge through postgraduate study.

Henry is a keen sports enthusiast, with a strong passion for Windsurfing, Surfing, Mountain Biking, Golf, Squash, Tennis and general fitness. 

He endeavors to practice Osteopathy in the way its founders (Still and Sutherland) envisioned, placing a strong emphasis on correct structure allowing optimal function and the innate self healing mechanism within the human body.
