Mrs Jen Huggett
Job Title:
Practice Therapist Biography:
I qualified from the British School of Osteopathy in 2005 and worked in well-established clinics across the south of England before moving to Yorkshire in 2014.
I decided to become an Osteopath after receiving Osteopathic treatment myself. I sustained a low back injury whilst dancing as a teenager, and then later I turned to Osteopathy again to aid recovery from a head and neck injury following a mountain bike crash. On both occasions I made a full and speedy recovery.
I am passionate about improving quality of life for my patients and achieving pain-free mobility for all ages. I am experienced in treating a wide range of sporting and work-related injuries and I have developed a specialist interest in treating arthritic joint pain. I have also previously worked in specialist mother and baby clinics, treating unsettled babies and pregnancy related problems.
My continuing professional development has recently included postgraduate training in cranial osteopathy, sports taping and ergonomics.
