Rupal is the Principal Osteopath at Health & Harmony. Rupal trained full time for four years at the prestigious British School Of Osteopathy in London. After qualifying with a Batchelor of Osteopathy degree she worked within the NHS and did Locum work at Brunel University in the sports department, gaining experience in various sports injuries. She there after worked in private practice in two busy osteopathy clinics. She continues to keep informed with the changes going on with in osteopathy through (CPD) continual professional development, this enables her to provide patients with new advances in medicine and health care. Rupal is trained in advanced (Medical) Dry Needling Acupuncture.

Maura trained at the College of Traditional Chinese Acupuncture in Leamington Spa with post graduate studies in London and China. She has worked in Central London for 15 years and is now looking forward to working and living in Stanmore. She treats all common complaints and specializes in Facial Revitalising Cosmetic Acupuncture, Face Lift Massage and Derma Roller Micro Needling. Maura is also an expert in Chinese Face Diagnosis which she has taught at all the major UK acupuncture colleges. It’s a non invasive diagnostic tool for determining the underlying causes of symptoms and nutritional and lifestyle advice. Carl Hiskey is a qualified Sports Therapist (BSc Hons) who graduated from the University of Hertfordshire in 2005. He holds full membership with The Society of Sports Therapists, along with the industry’s Professional Liability Insurance. Carl has experience working with both elite and recreational athletes through Fulham Football Clubs Academy, local semi-professional football clubs, John Fisher School of Rugby and athletes from other sports including gymnastics, dance, athletics and martial arts backgrounds. Additionally he has more than 5 years experience of treating clients with a wide range of vocational injuries from builders to office workers. Carl has an all round interest in health and fitness, exercise physiology and nutrition. Carl is also a qualified gym instructor.
