About Tracy Hannigan West London Osteopath

I have two locations - one in Brook Green and one in Ascot.

Iracy gently and effectively treats a variety of problems including:

I tailor treatment and advice to the needs of every unique patient. Treatment is gentle and effective and addresses not only the place of the problem for you - but also tackles problems which may be contributing to your discomfort.

I don't align myself  with fringe therapies, faddish diets, or untested gadgets.  You can rest in good hands knowing that the treatment you will get is sound, straightforward and natural - and that you will come out of your treatment with advice that you can easily work into your life.

Tracy has a four year Degree in Psychology, a Masters in Osteopathic Medicine, and a Diploma in Naturopathy.  She has studied exercise rehabilitation extensively and has trained in Clinical Pilates.  She has qualifications and experience in using Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and Sleep Coaching to help people who are in pain.  Tracy offers 10 minute free phone consultations via her clinic website where you can chat with her before booking.

Osteopath Consultation

Tracy can help with:  back pain, neck pain, joint pain, muscle tension, inability to relax, headaches, shoulder pain, elbow pain and much more!

Initial consultations include a review of your problem, medical history and a full clinical examination.  This will be followed by discussing a treatment plan with you, and if you agree, you will get gentle and effective treatment to help ease your discomfort.  Consultations last between 45 and 60 minutes, and cost £50.

Follow up treatments last 30-40 minutes and cost £45.

Where it will benefit you, Tracy will provide you with advice to improve your work posture and - if appropriate - your desk and seating arrangements.  No fad exercise and diet advice may also provided in order to ensure that the benefits of your treatment last and that you make fast progress.
