A very knowledgeable professional

I had been having pain in my neck for a few months from working in an office. After 1 treatment with Tanyel the pain had subsided and I was ecstatic with the results.

Tanyel is a very knowledgeable professional and went out of her way to cure me. The after care support was fantastic and I would definitely recommend her to others.

I feel completely rejuvenated

Tanyel is the Osteopath at this clinic, however, she offers a unique approach in the sense of combining massage with a deep understanding of the human body alongside Osteopathy making her protocol deeply unique to each person she sees.

I feel completely rejuvenated after every session I experience with Tanyel, and highly recommend her to anyone who has never tried Osteopathy or even remotely sceptical.

Osteopath Consultation

You first experience at the clinic will be to determine the treatment that you will need.  We will talk about any issues then a postural assessment is carried out with more details on the problem area and what could be contributing.  Treatment is a combination  of specific massage techniques, stretching and joint mobilizations to help increase movement and relax muscles which can so often lead to strain and pain.  

Follow up session usually involve a catch up on your progress and any new issues that might need addressing and a continuation of the treatment.

I believe all aspects of health can contribute to how are bodies are feeling and I love to give exercise and nutrition advise to patients, to empower them and get them back to health.

Specialist warmed stones are used to massage the muscles for a relaxing and effective treatment.  It is a head to to experience and truly soothing for mind and body.
