About Sheen Therapy Centre

Sheen Therapy Centre is a specialist medical Centre offering a specific range of therapies that can be accessed quickly and easily. Our aim is to offer excellent health care and remedial therapy to the community in a warm and friendly environment.

We are ideally located on the Upper Richmond Road West (South Circular) serving the local communities of Sheen, Mortlake, Barnes, Richmond, Kew, Chiswick and Roehampton.

The Centre is run by registered Osteopath, Zubin Morar and an experienced team of healthcare practitioners, who offer a professional, friendly and caring approach to treating everything from Back Pain and digestive problems in babies to anxiety and stress related illnesses.

Zubin established the Centre over six years ago with a strong emphasis on the Osteopathic treatment of musculoskeletal conditions and the Perrin Technique for the treatment for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (M.E). Over the last three years, he has expanded into offering Counselling & Psychotherapy with two highly qualified and accredited therapists, and a range of Pilates and Yoga classes for all abilities.

What to Expect
Frustration, excitement, sadness, tears, laughter, and frankly sometimes even boredom! Its difficult to say what anyone will expect when attending therapy, each person will have their own journey to deal with. The aim is to gain insight and develop a better relationship with ourselves. This does not always run smoothly and it can be a very difficult process, but similarly a potentially rewarding one. You will not be told what to do, but you will have a space and a relationship from which to develop the one with yourself. The first session is to decide whether we can work together, what your expectations are and what I believe I can provide. There is no obligation to continue after this, it can be useful to meet with a few therapists before deciding whom to work with.

Qualifications:
BSc [Hon] Applied Psychology
MSc Drugs in Society; policy & intervention
PG Diploma Counselling Psychology
