Biography:
Mr N Gildersleve Registered Osteopath BSc Hons in Osteopathy During his training he embraced the modern imaging techniques, that have become an important part of the diagnosis for patients attending the London Spine Clinic, writing a dissertation on Lumbar Intervertebral Foramina - An in vivo study of the anatomical changes in shape and cross sectional area in relation to flexion and extension as measured by open magnetic resonance imaging. Nigel was an International level Squash Coaching professional for 15 years, giving over 25,000 lessons throughout UK, Europe & the Middle East, and discovered Osteopathy following a back injury moving house! Being self employed it was essential to get back on the squash court and was so impressed with the Osteopathic treatment and that with a knee injury threatening his squash that a new career was launched. His time in the squash world exposed him to a varied spectrum of sports injuries, and has a personal interest in sports injuries, their treatment and rehabilitation, and is an active member of The British Association of Sports & Exercise Medicine.

Mr Tim Edbrooke is a Registered Physiotherapist Tim trained as a physical education teacher at St Lukes College, University of Exeter graduating in 1986, and as a chartered physiotherapist at the Bristol School of Physiotherapy graduating in 1990. Having worked in the NHS he has spent 14 years working for the police service in Devon and Cornwall, during which time he was also a physiotherapist to British triathlon, the English Institute of Sport, and British Athletics, with whom he retains strong links, travelling regularly with teams to international corporations. Tim offers great Physio and advice to all patients, he is a dedicated member of the London Spine Clinic having worked here at the practice since 2006. He specialises in treatment and rehabilitation for acute and chronic, low back pain, neck pain and whiplash associated disorders. He is a member of, the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Occupational Health and ergonomics., the McKenzie Institute UK and the Medical Legal Association of Chartered Physiotherapists undertaking work as an expert witness.

Ms Rachel Dodgson is Registered Physiotherapist & Pilates Instructor Rachel trained at Nottingham School of Physiotherapy graduating in 1992. She has worked in private practice for 15 years, during which time she has developed a specialist interest in Rehabilative Pilates, which has been invaluable to her practice in reducing back pain , improving posture and general body conditioning. Rachel is passionate about her job, believing there is no excuse for poor physiotherapy and she endeavours to deliver a highly skilled and professional service to her patients. Rachel worked in New Zealand for three years where she developed and ran a Pilates studio within an osteopathic multi-disciplinary practice she has treated members of the All Blacks, the All Whites and the New Zealand National cycling team. In addition to Pilates and functional core stability, Rachel also has clinical interest in pelvic imbalance, shoulder dysfunction, lumber spine and, neck pain and the treatment of headaches and migraines.
