MSK Consultancy was established in 2006 as a specialist clinic for all musculoskeletal problems, with a particular interest in sports injury and rehabilitation. Now in 2010 Avins vision is flourishing,  he primary practise from the GP's Surgerys in Uppingham (Rutland) and Thurmaston (Leicester). Commonly patients are reffered from General Practioners (GP's) and Surgeons that work localy to the practise. However most patients are recommended by word of mouth. Avin Patel is the Consultant Osteopath and Clinical Director working in the clinics, he uses a combination of  Osteopathy & Medical Acupuncture (unless needle phobic) to ensure his patients recover quickly and effectively. At MSK Consultancy, patients usually present with general aches and pain. With the sucess Avin has had since MSK Consultancy has been founded, it is common for patients to present with conditions that have troubled them for years sometimes causing severe pain and in some cases debilitating symptoms.

Yasin Tayebjee is a registered Osteopath and practitioner of dry-needling (acupuncture). His outstanding skill and fast results have been noticed by the primary care trust and he's been awarded a contract to treat NHS patients. Ms Cheryl Harris is an experienced registered osteopath (qualified 2003) who specialises in family health.  Cheryl has post-graduate training in cranial osteopathy and mother and baby osteopathy.  Her practice is at Market Harborough Osteopaths, located in the centre of Market Harborough.
