Fleet Osteopathic Clinic is run by osteopath Peter Leigh D.O. 

Peter has lived in locally for over forty five years, he established the clinic in 1983 after qualifying from the British School of Osteopathy.  In over 30 years he has the experience of treating thousands of patients suffering from a wide variety of problems.

We have highly experienced practitioners, male and female, treating a wide range of problems.  Osteopathic patients include the young, older people, manual workers, office professionals, pregnant women, children and sports people.  Osteopathic treatment is not just for back or neck problems, patients seek treatment for a wide variety of conditions, these include: Back and neck pain, Muscular and ligamentous injuries, Joint problems, Headaches, Postural problems, Arthritic pain, Pregnancy related aches and pains, Sports injuries, Repetitive strain injury.  If you are unsure whether osteopathic treatment is appropriate for your problem, please contact the clinic and time will be made available to talk to you.

Mr Peter Leigh

Biography:

Fleet Osteopathic Clinic is run by osteopath Peter Leigh D.O. 



Peter has lived in Fleet for over forty years and established the clinic in 1983 after qualifying from the British School of Osteopathy. In over 25 years he has the experience of treating thousands of patients suffering from a wide variety of problems.



Since qualifying, Peter has also worked part time at the British School of Osteopathy. He is a Senior Clinic Tutor supervising, and assessing the clinical competence of, third and final year students within the school clinic, as well as developing their knowledge and skills by leading practical tutorials.



From 1999 – 2001 Peter worked for the then newly established General Osteopathic Council (GOsC.) He was part of a team that assessed osteopathic applications to join the GOsC and interviewed applicants. He also acted as mentor to a number of osteopaths during this time.



Peter maintains his professional development by attending seminars and practical courses and he is an active member of a local osteopathic group.
