Having spent nearly three months in excruciating neck pain. I was at a loss for what to do but didn't want to go to the Doctor and be put on a lengthy waiting list. A friend recommended Rosie and her team, I made my initial appointment. I'll admit, I was rather sceptical of it all but Rosie spent time talking about all aspects of my neck pain to ensure she was treating the whole body, not just one area. After the first session, I felt relief from the constant pain I had been in. I actually cried on the way home because I could move my neck! Rosie has been treating me for just under five months, it turns out that I had two herniated discs and a trapped nerve. All of which she has treated without a single prescription drug. I cannot thank Rosie enough for her hard work and for introducing me to cranial massage. Which is a rather stressed out individual, has worked absolute wonders for me. Again, I was not a believer that this would help in any way. But now I feel so much lighter in my own self, I am happier, I am more relaxed and most importantly I am pain-free. Rosie and her team are amazing, I would recommend them to anyone with pain issues. Finally, a very big thank you to the team for looking after me so well. You have no idea the difference you have made to my quality of life. Amazing overall service.

I have had a course of acupuncture with Laura for CFS, having had numerous investigations and treatments over the last 3-4 years. After the first 3-4 sessions I felt so much better and been symptom-free hereafter. Laura is very personable and explained the procedure well. The holistic approach has also helped other issues and I would certainly recommend her and the clinic.
