Biography:
After a long and successful career in the music industry, Liz changed the course of her professional life after studying yoga and meditation at various centres around the world which sparked an interest in anatomy, physiology and complementary health care. Liz went on to receive a 1st Class honours degree in Osteopathic Medicine from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2003. Liz has also earned diplomas in Naturopathic Medicine and is fully qualified in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Matthew Irving

Biography:
Matt Irving initially trained at St Thomas’ hospital in London in Cognitive Analytical Therapy (CAT). The CAT therapeutic approach was initiated in 1967 and is a treatment of choice within the NHS. Further training to Chartered Psychologist level at Roehampton Institute in more traditional Psychodynamic approach followed. Full training, and qualification in EMDR, the treatment for trauma recently recognised by National Institute for Clinical Evidence (NICE), as the most effective therapy in the treatment of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Matt recently completed the post-qualifying certificate in CBT and is a member of the British Psychological Society at chartered level. His areas of speciality include addiction problems, PTSD, and treatment of anxiety and depression. He has been in private practice for many years and was employed by Richmond Royal Hospital as a psychological counsellor in the Community Drug and Alcohol Team for ten years.
