Mr Paul Harrington

Biography:
I trained at the British School of Osteopathy in London qualifying with a combined Masters Degree. I am also a qualified Sports Massage Therapist. Having originally trained as a theatre practitioner and choreographer – human movement has always been at the fore of my interests. I work carefully with each person to find the best way to reduce pain and improve the ability to move in the way you want to. I use a combination of manual treatment and movement re-education to address both acute and chronic pain problems. I am a father of three and love swimming and running outdoors. I also practice and teach a partnered dance form called Contact Improvisation.

Mr Mark Andrews

Biography:
I graduated from the British College of Naturopathy and Osteopathy (now the British College of Osteopathic Medicine) with first class honours in Osteopathic Medicine in 1999 and have worked in Brighton ever since. Since qualifying I have added a Diploma in Classical Osteopathy and a Post Graduate Certificate in Western Medical Acupuncture from the University of Hertfordshire. I have recently studied Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilisation (DNS) with the Prague School of Rehabilitation (see the DNS and Useful Links pages for more information). I am registered with the General Osteopathic Council, a member of the British Osteopathic Association and an Accredited Member of the British Medical Acupuncture Society. I am also a qualified yoga teacher and swimming instructor. I have a current First Aid Certificate. I draw on my broad base of ongoing training and long involvement with yoga and martial arts to provide unique treatment solutions based on individual need. I live in the West Sussex countryside with my wife and two sons and when not working or studying can be found enjoying family life, walking, swimming and surfing.
