Dr Carla-Maria Hole

Biography:
She trained to become an Osteopath by completing a 4 year Masters degree at the British School of Osteopathy (BSO). During her spare time she is a keen fitness enthusiast and has recently completed a “tough mudder” event and exercises on hove lawns with a local club. She is trained in Western Acupuncture (Dry Needling). Western acupuncture is a modern adaptation of the traditional Chinese acupuncture approach. This form of acupuncture is not a complete system of medicine, but is a therapeutic tool which is mainly involved in treating musculo-skeletal conditions making it of great relevance to osteopaths. She finds that having this as an extra tool is very helpful in practice. She has also undertaken post graduate training in Cranial osteopathy and other courses based around treating expectant mothers and pediatrics. There are many changes that occur during pregnancy and osteopathy will be able to assist with some of these, if your considering some treatment during your pregancy then get in touch lots of mothers find this gentle approach extremely useful during this time of change. Carla is fully registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC) and the British Osteopathic Association (BOA).
