Just completed 3 sessions for lower back pain & stiffness, was in the hands of ... May I say .... A very young but extremely professional guy Enda. From the moment I walked in the door I knew I was in good hands his way of explaining all the different things that can cause back pain was an eye-opener. I received laser treatment....Decompression treatment plus hands on physiotherapy plus was given certain stretches & movements to do at home. I can honestly say... Hand on heart, from the first session, I could feel a difference and freedom of movement in my lower back that I haven't felt in a long long time. Have gone to Chris regularly over the years, especially when quads or hammers get too tight even after stretching. Always helps loosen the knots, take away the discomfort and restore flexibility. Lovely guy too.

I was looking for a clinic not to far away from home. I was suffering from a muscle discomfort in my back, one of the bigger muscles just under shoulder. As it turned out it had completely turned itself around where you could say it was looking over at the other one on the left side. It was so painful for years and getting worse. that's when I got in touch with Bob, a lovely chap down to earth one of our own felt very comfortable in his presence. I was almost finished treatment when I was sent for a foot operation I had been waiting a couple of years for, so I can't get to Bob a the moment (no transport) and foot not healing like they would like it to, but I will be back. Price is very reasonable for the amount of work I needed. Thank you.

I was so impressed by Alan and his team. Following a car accident, I was in a lot of pain and suffering. From the first visit, I felt I was really listened to. Alan identified Costochondritis as one of my issues and worked on my rib cage area. That was someplace to start. I also have a number of injuries, cervical and thoracic pain and Alan identified a muscle weakness that had led to my shoulder blade moving. This was causing so much pain and over a number of weeks with suitable exercises and physiotherapy Alan had the muscles stronger and the shoulder blade back in place. Over the years I have attended Physios who give you moves to do but don't massage the muscles. This is where LL differs. I would recommend Alan in Laurel Lodge Physio. I am so glad that I started my recovery here.
