The Osteopath is extremely friendlyPaul, Ireland, 16 08 23

I went to NCR Osteopath on the basis of a referral from a friend. I had pain in my upper back and I had been to two separate physio therapists who did not give me relief. After just two visits to this clinic I woke up feeling a significant reduction in pain. I continued the exercises that were prescribed to me and I'm over a year pain free now. Sacha is extremely friendly and if you nervous about going he will make you calm with his energy in seconds. I can not recommend him enough, if your suffering any injury / pain then don't hesitate to make a booking.

Stresses and strains can accumulate over time and symptoms may begin somewhat insidiously. The Osteopath works with structural imbalances that are present in the body to restore a state of physical balance. Patients often report improvement in many areas of their health. Most people associate osteopathy with back and spinal care for which it can prove to be an effective solution for helping with associated pain. Mechanical problems in the structure of the body can not only lead to aches or pains in the joints, tissues, muscles etc. but it can also lead to disturbances in the internal organs and the way they work. Irregular function may impair blood circulation or lymphatic drainage, and disrupt the nerve supply to any part of the body, thus having a detrimental effect on health. Osteopaths use a wide range of “hands on” techniques to identify, diagnose and treat dysfunction in the body in order to restore the body’s structure and function to a state of balance so that the healing process can be accelerated, thereby improving vitality and general health. Osteopathy does far more than care for back pain and postural irregularities. It also deals with a wide array of issues such as: migrainesheadachesdigestive problemsperiod problemsrespiratory problemsvulnerability to infections due to a depleted immune systemIt has a calming affect on the nervous system and can help with fatigue, mood swings or depression, disturbed sleep. It can help people resolve emotional issues such as anger, grief, depression.

Enso Amatsu Injury Clinic - Holistic Health Clinic in Ireland

Enso Amatsu Injury Clinic

Room 4, 104 Sundrive Road, Kimage, Dublin 12
Amatsu therapy is a modern adaptation of a soft tissue therapy that has been used for thousands of years in Japan. It is based on ancient principles of natural movement and can be used to help many musculo-skeletal and lifestyle related conditions, as well as supporting the restoration of general health and well being. Our practitioners use unique soft tissue pressure and mobilisation techniques to treat your whole body, not just the symptoms. They will also seek to address the effects of life’s daily stresses on you – such as physical, emotional and environmental factors. Unlike many other therapies, it is a whole body treatment that works with the body's soft tissue (eg muscles, tendons, fascia, ligaments and organs) to help to re-balance other key mechanical and energetic structures (e.g. the spine, bones, joints, cranium and meridian circuits). Treatments (balances) are suitable for people of all age groups and those with limited mobility.
