Ms Jacinta Crawley

Biography:
Osteopath

Jacinta is a graduate from RMIT (formerly PIT) in the first years of formal Osteopathic university training in Australia. Jacinta completed her degree in 1993 before working in Sydney’s CBD and inner suburbs and then returning to her home town of Bendigo, Victoria. In 2004 Jacinta opened Bellarine Osteopathic Clinic in Ocean Grove, which operated until 2012 when the concept of Bellarine Allied Health Group was born. Jacinta has a particular interest in anatomy which led her to become part of the teaching faculty at Deakin University’s postgraduate Medicine program from 2009 -2011. In her Osteopathic work Jacinta sees people of all ages but particularly enjoys treating the elderly where the rewards can be so fulfilling. “Enabling someone to continue doing something they love, or just be a little more comfortable every day is great”. Jacinta feels very lucky living and working in such a beautiful place. “I love that I know lots of my patients before I treat them, or their kids go to school with mine. I grew up in a big family in a small farming district, and while I don’t have that now, the Ocean Grove community is a great replacement”! Jacinta is excited to be expanding the practice from offering only osteopathic care to a host of other allied health fields. While her background is in Osteopathy, Jacinta’s real satisfaction comes from finding the therapy, advice or exercise that works for every individual – a truly holistic approach that is Bellarine Allied Health Group.

Ms Candice Ridgeway

Biography:
Osteopath

Candice completed a double bachelor degree at RMIT in 2004. Her first three years of practice were spent in north Queensland where she developed her skills in connecting patients’ wellness to the lifestyle they led. In 2008 she spent a year working in Cork, Ireland before travelling around Europe. In 2009 she returned to her home town of Geelong and commenced working at the Bellarine Osteopathic Clinic. Further studies have qualified her in both dry needling and kinesiology taping. These extra skills have allowed her to structure treatment to best cater for every individual’s needs. “Combining an individualised treatment, appropriate education and a friendly positive attitude towards patient’s health holds the power to achieving recovery.

Mr Jack Williams

Biography:
Osteopath

Jack is a young and enthusiastic osteopath, who graduated from Victoria University with a Bachelor of Science and a Masters of Health Science (Osteopathy) in 2012. After growing up in Moonee Ponds, Jack has decided to make the move down the coast and is very excited about his sea change and becoming a part of a new community. Jack has a passion for all sports, in particular AFL. He has been apart of the Penleigh and Essendon Grammar Football Club for the last 5 years. Jack always endeavors to provide the highest quality of treatment and management for his patients, while striving to constantly improve his osteopathic skills. Jack always aims to improve his patient’s quality of life through his treatment, allowing them to live their lives to the fullest and do the things they love.
