With such a strong interest in human anatomy as a tutor at university level, it was a natural progression for Rex to train as an Osteopath. His passion for helping others ensures he is dedicated and thoughtful with his treatments. He is keen to teach his clients self-management strategies so they can get better faster, therefore feeling greater control over their complaint. Rex also has a good eye for referred pain patterns that occur with many conditions.

Rex has completed additional studies to practice dry needling an association with his Osteopathic techniques.

As a sufferer of chronic headaches herself since a child, Becky saw a variety of manual therapies with little to no effect until she saw an Osteopath. The holistic approach to treatment worked best for her and from then onwards Becky decided this was the profession for her, to help others eradicate their pain.

As an Osteopath, Becky’s main focus is finding the root of the problem and eradicating it so that symptoms don’t return. Becky has a strong interest in rehabilitation and self management techniques which aid recovery time and prevents further injury. People of all ages benefit from her approach is suitable for a whole variety of conditions from sporting injuries, osteoarthritis, tendinopathies and headaches. Becky also uses a variety of techniques to treat the problem including soft tissue, articulation techniques, ultrasound and dry needling and will tailor an individual management plan according to your needs.

Being such a common & debilitating problem, headaches are something that Katie (experiencing them herself) really enjoys treating because it makes such a difference to the daily lives of the sufferers. She has a thorough approach that encompasses postural issues and jaw trouble that are commonly associated with headaches.

Another of Katie’s interests is in the treatment of chronic spinal injuries that may have had little success with other therapies. She finds that the “nitty gritty” issues of these problems present different challenges that have often been overlooked. These chronic problems usually occur in the low back, neck, hip or shoulder regions. Katie also has experience in post-surgical rehabilitation to get joints moving more fluently such as rehabilitation from frozen shoulder.

With over 8 years’ experience as an osteopath and several more in remedial massage therapy, together with a degree in Natural Medicine, Anne-Marie delivers a holistic approach to her patients’ healthcare. Anne-Marie brings to the clinic a structural approach to Osteopathy, focusing on deep tissue work, stretches, gentle adjustments and mobilisation. Coupled with being a remedial massage therapist and fully qualified Naturopath, Anne-Marie can offer advice on natural remedies, supplements and dietary/lifestyle advice to compliment her holistic approach to osteopathy and your health and well-being. Anne-Marie also assists her patients in maintaining their health and well-being outside of the clinic via various programs including stretches, exercises, yoga etc. Her focus is not just on single conditions but on postural, lifestyle and dietary factors which can be changed in order to facilitate a better way of life. As a keen cyclist, Anne-Marie has a keen interest in sporting injuries, especially concerning cycling biomechanics and the application of osteopathy to cycling related conditions.
